Why venue hire is a distinct option
A compact chair that suits a car boot or kitchen may not be the best match for a forest path. Hire at a venue can reduce the need to transport a second device, but adds a transfer and familiarisation task on arrival. It therefore solves one problem while creating another point to plan.

The arrangement only works if the visitor can get from parking to the equipment, use its controls and return it within the agreed time. Ask which trails staff currently recommend for that device, where to stop if a problem occurs and whether weather has changed the route. These details matter more than a general description of the forest as accessible.
