Jude: learning the controls, exploring the park

Jude’s mother describes the practical difference a powered chair made to woodland walks and family days outside.

Published by the charity that helped fund the equipment, using the family’s account. This is an individual experience, not an independent product test.

From being pushed to choosing a direction

Before the change, Jude often relied on someone pushing him outdoors. The family found this increasingly demanding as he grew. After a trial, charity funding helped them obtain a Tiny Trax powered wheelchair.

Confidence was still developing

His mother reports that the chair opened up muddy parks and woodland routes, while Jude was still mastering its controls. The story captures both opportunity and a learning process. It describes family experience with one setup rather than an independent assessment of off-road capability.
